Seán Thompson – Vocabulary with verve

Learning vocabulary can be done in the most boring fashion, or it can be done with great verve and energy. Much of the lexis we learn comes from text books, but they can lack the ingenuity and wit that the teacher should provide. This workshop intends to enlighten participants on how to learn and teach grammar with lots of tips, tricks and technology.

Seán has been teaching and developing coursebooks for over 20 years throughout Europe. He is the PR Manager for MM Publications for Central Europe and also holds a lector’s position at Szabó Lőrinc Primary and Secondary Bilingual School of Pasarét in Budapest.
